These terms and conditions together with the customer booking form create a contract between us “the Company” and you “the Customer”. Whenever the term “The Company” is used, this refers to ForeverMore Events. Whenever the term “The Customer” is used, this refers to the person who has confirmed the booking and the named person on the invoice and booking form.
The items hired will not be used for subletting and will be set up and returned to ForeverMore Events within the agreed time and dates arranged. Prices quoted are for one days hire only, apart from the day of delivery and collection. Subsequent days will be charged at a daily rate unless a special agreement has been arranged prior to the event between the company and you, the customer.
DEPOSITS AND FINAL BALANCE
All Deposits for hire items are paid at 25% of the total hire price to ForeverMore Events, this is paid on a non-refundable basis. Any hire items less than £100 is to be paid in full prior to the event. Your deposit needs to be paid to secure your date and hire items. Your final balance is payable in cleared funds no later than 30 days prior to the event. If this is not paid ForeverMore Events have the right to cancel any bookings held and no refund will be given.
The Company reserves the right to alter prices and the availability of products accepting that once the deposit has been paid the price is fixed.
To deliver or arrange delivery and fitting of all chair covers, sashes and hire items ordered by the customer on the day requested and in the quantity and style ordered. Every effort will be made to ensure that the hired goods arrive safely and on time but the Company cannot accept responsibility for late delivery for reasons beyond the control of the Company.
To ensure that we, the company have full and accurate details of the number, type and style of covers, sashes and other hire items required at least 30 days prior to the event date. If incorrect details are provided the Customer shall be responsible for any extra cost incurred.. To pay for all damage to any hired items that are not returned in the condition that they were delivered, expecting normal staining from food and drinks. To ensure all hired items are ready for collection the agreed return date and to pay any extra costs that may arise should the hired items not be ready for collection on the agreed return date. To have in place appropriate insurance cover for theft, damage and public liability risks.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the hired items are fully covered by either your own insurance or the venues insurance in regards to public liability risks. The Company accept no responsibility or liability for injury to any person(s) or damage to property however sustained arising from the goods hired.
Any hire items shall remain the property of ForeverMore Events.
All fresh flowers will remain your property, should any flowers be left when hire items are collected we will dispose of accordingly. Any hire items used in conjunction will flowers shall remain the property of ForeverMore Events.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any chairs being covered on the day are set up and ready for fitting by the venue staff at the agreed access time. We reserve the right to not dress or cater for any extra chairs or hire items which we are not informed to do prior to the hire date. If we are required to supply extra items, then originally booked we have the right to charge for this work.
Standard laundering of hired items is included in the price quoted. This includes removable light stains from food and drink and light scuff marks from shoes. However, if upon inspection after your event we find that irreversible damage has been caused to our hired items then this will result in damaged goods being charged at full replacement value. Charges will be made on a “per item” basis which you will be notified of.
You are responsible for the safe keeping of all hired items from collection through to return to us. Upon collection/receipt of goods after hire, if any hired items are missing then we will inform you within 7 days. If the missing items are returned within 7 days after the event no charges will be applied. Failure to return the missing items will result in the full replacement fees being charged.
COLLECTION AND RETURNS
We will collect the hired items the day after the event has taken place from the event location or from a location that has been confirmed in advance. Goods must be ready and available for collection in the agreed time. Any failed collections will be charged for accordingly at a daily hire rate.
We reserve the right to cancel any electrical equipment hired if it is to be used outside and the weather is poor. In these circumstances, we will issue a full refund. ForeverMore Events reserves the right to use any photography of events for promotional purposes unless otherwise advised by the customer.
